HOW ARE ORDERS MADE?
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Production happens before shipping, so please allow time for both.

WILL EVERYTHING ARRIVE TOGETHER?
Not always. Different products may be made or shipped separately, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one package.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS?
Each listing includes its size, materials, and care details. Colors can vary slightly between screens and the finished product.

NEED HELP WITH AN ORDER?
Use the Contact page or email [email protected]. Include your order number and a brief description. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate.

Our stationery can hold your grievances. For order questions, an email works better.
